This 1 or 2 day course will help participants understand how improved time management can help them to more effectively use their resources in order to achieve their goals.  We will look at Time Management from analysis of current behavior through to changing and correcting our poor “time management” behavior. 

 

Course Description: 

This course will help motive you with a can do attitude.  Participants will learn how to establish realistic goals, prioritize them and analyze current time usage.  We will cover topics such as planning for increased effectiveness, scheduling, controlling interruptions, meeting effectiveness, mastering the paperwork dilemma, delegation strategies and conquering procrastination.

 

Learning Objectives: 

Upon Completion of this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Understand how time is used

  • Identify how time is wasted

  • Set achievable and realistic goals

  • Delegate work appropriately

 Who Should Attend:

Employees who can benefit from managing their time and work patterns more efficiently, in order to be more productive during their working hours. It enables participants to make the most productive use of their days through the use of simple control tools.

 

Prerequisites:

None.  

However, this class includes “pre-class preparation.” Including keeping a time log for a period of several days to a week before class begins. An instruction sheet is sent at the time the workshop is scheduled.
