Process Mapping
1 or 2 day (workshop) / Implementation
assistances available
Possibly one of the single most important improvement tools, Process Mapping
allows the company to “see” exactly what is really happening (or not happening)
at a macro or micro level. Participants in this workshop will experience five
different process mapping types and learn how, when and why to use each. After
completion of this course participants will understand and be able to apply
these methods to problematic processes or to look at existing processes from a
continuous improvement standpoint.
