Decision Analysis
1 day (workshop) / Implementation assistance available
Poor decisions can cost a
company a fortune. Therefore, learning a step-by-step method of decision
analysis—choosing from amongst alternatives—is perhaps the most valuable tool an
employee can have in their repertoire of business tools. What organizations want
is a structured method for decision-making that guarantees a more sound thinking
process and eliminates the guesswork from critical judgments.
