Recognizing the need to develop a highly qualified staff, GDC recruited a team of independent practitioners who each have extensive personal experience dealing with the challenges of implementing performance improvement concepts in "real life" situations. Comprising a wide variety of disciplines, GDC leaders have worked in service and manufacturing (on the shop floor and in the front office) and have dealt with real business challenges "first hand." This experience gives them credibility and effectiveness with the employees within your organization who are expected to learn and implement new concepts taught by GDC.
