Training and Implementation of
all aspects of Lean Conversion
in various industries and
companies.
BACKGROUND:
Prior Experience: Janice studied
Lean Conversion under the
direction of a vastly
experienced Lean Sensei and Six
Sigma Blackbelt who studied Lean
production systems first-hand
with Toyota during the 80’s. She
has implemented Lean Conversion
in various industries and
companies, ranging from small
job shops to large global
corporations. Some of the
organizations include: Amcor Pet
Packaging, BPB, Eifel Mold,
Eclipse Mold, City Furniture,
Hertz Corporation and various
others. She is also actively
involved in the grant education
process in conjunction with
Henry Ford Community College and
Baker College. Janice also has
years of both training and
management experience in the
restaurant industry.
Education/Accomplishments:
Janice is a graduate from
Eastern Michigan University with
her Bachelor’s Degree in
Business Administration, and a
Major in Management. She is
noted for her strong leadership
and motivational skills which
have been developed both
academically, as well in the
working environment.
