Business Operating System (BOS) is the mechanism used to measure and track ongoing business and quality performance of critical success factors such as supplier and product development, and business and manufacturing processes.  It leads the user to determine what is crucial to their business, industry and manufacturing business, industry and financial status by helping them to determine what their key drivers of success are and how to track and manage them.  It is the method that ensures that the day-to-day activities of the company are in line with the corporate mission, vision and goals

Who should attend:

It is essential that that process begin with senior management training and implementation, followed by workshop attendance, training and implementation of the system by all other employees.
