Confident in his ability to build an organization capable of meeting all of the Continuous Performance Improvement needs of small and mid-size organizations, Curtis Walker founded GDC in 2000. Years of experience as a consultant proved to him that most companies already know what their problems are. What they need are step-by-step directions on how to make the necessary changes to improve overall performance and receive direction that inspires the IDEA of continuous improvement.

Recognizing the need to develop a highly qualified staff, GDC recruited a team of independent Practitioners who each have extensive personal experience dealing with the challenges of implementing performance improvement concepts in "real life" situations. Comprising a wide variety of disciplines, GDC leaders have worked in service and manufacturing (on the shop floor and in the front office) and have dealt with real business challenges "first hand." This experience gives them credibility and effectiveness with the employees within your organization who are expected to learn and implement new concepts taught by GDC.
